1. Property Selection

Customers are encouraged to confirm the location, plot size, price, availability, and other relevant details of their chosen property before proceeding with a purchase.

2. Purchase and Payment Options

We offer outright purchase and instalment payment options where available and approved by the company. The agreed price, payment schedule, and applicable conditions will be communicated clearly before the purchase is finalized.

All payments should be made through officially authorized company payment channels, and customers should obtain official receipts.

3. Plot Allocation

Plot allocation is subject to the company's approved procedures and the applicable payment and documentation requirements. Customers will be informed of the details of their allocated plots.

4. Property Documentation

We facilitate the preparation and processing of relevant property documents in accordance with the applicable transaction arrangements. The documents, applicable fees, and expected processing steps will be communicated to customers.

5. Outstanding Payments

Customers purchasing land by instalments are expected to follow their agreed payment schedules. If a customer anticipates difficulty meeting a payment deadline, we encourage them to contact the company promptly to discuss the matter.

Any applicable default charges or consequences will be communicated in the purchase agreement.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for cancellation or refunds should be submitted to the company for review. Any applicable refund, deductions, or cancellation conditions will be handled in accordance with the customer's purchase agreement.

7. Building on Purchased Land

Unless separately agreed in writing, customers are responsible for arranging and financing the construction of their own houses. Construction must comply with applicable laws, planning requirements, and valid estate guidelines.

8. Customer Support

We are committed to maintaining clear communication with our customers throughout the purchase process. Customers are encouraged to contact our office for clarification about property details, payments, plot allocation, or documentation.

9. Agreement and Applicable Law

Each purchase is subject to the applicable sale agreement and transaction documents. These terms provide general guidance and do not replace the specific agreement governing an individual purchase.
